I Make Notion Work For You…
Not Against You!

I design structured Notion systems that reduce friction, simplify operations, and help work move faster. For clinics, creators, teams, and professionals who need workflows that are actually sustainable long-term — not systems that become overwhelming and get abandoned after a week.

Why Me As Your Notion Consultant?

I design Notion systems that are built to stay functional in real life — not just look impressive in screenshots.

That means:

  • reducing unnecessary complexity,
  • building around real-life workflows,
  • and creating setups that continue functioning even when life gets busy.

My approach focuses heavily on usability, sustainability, and making work feel lighter — not more overwhelming.

This is How I Can Help You

Structured Notion systems designed to reduce friction, simplify workflows, and make work feel easier to manage long-term.

Every service starts with a Strategy Call.

01

Custom Notion Systems

Designed around your workflow — not the other way around

Custom Notion workspaces for creators, businesses, clinics, and teams who need a more organized and efficient way to manage operations, projects, clients, and information.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or rebuilding a messy setup, the system is designed around your workflow — not a generic template.

The result?
Cleaner workflows, less manual work, and a workspace that feels easier to navigate, maintain, and actually use long-term.

Best For Growing Workflows

02

Workspace Audit & Optimization

When your workspace becomes harder to manage than the actual work

For people already using Notion but struggling with messy workflows, scattered information, or systems that became too complicated over time.

The result?
Less chaos, smoother workflows, and a system that finally feels manageable again.

03

1:1 Notion Coaching

Personalized support tailored to your workflow

Practical guidance for beginners, creators, and business owners who want help with organization, workflows, dashboards, databases, or automation inside Notion.

The result?
Less confusion, faster progress, and a workspace that finally works for you instead of against you.

What Working Together Feels Like

  1. 01 —

    Systems Designed For Human Behavior

Most workflows don’t fail because they’re missing features. They fail because they demand too much mental energy to maintain consistently. That’s why every system is designed around usability, clarity, and realistic day-to-day behavior — not idealized productivity routines.

  2. 02 —

    Automation That Removes Friction

Automation should reduce operational effort… not create more complexity behind the scenes. A large part of my work focuses on reducing repetitive input, simplifying workflows, and creating systems where information flows naturally across the workspace.

  3. 03 —

Workspaces That Continue Functioning Under Pressure

Many systems work perfectly… until responsibilities increase, motivation drops, or life becomes chaotic. The goal is to build workflows that continue holding up even during busy periods — not systems that quietly collapse over time.

  4. 04 —

    Connected Systems Create Operational Clarity

When projects, tasks, clients, information, and workflows live in disconnected places, operations become mentally exhausting to manage. I design systems where databases communicate clearly with each other — improving visibility, reducing duplication, and helping work move more smoothly.

  5. 05 —

Adoption Is Part Of The System Design

A workspace only works if people genuinely continue using it comfortably. That’s why onboarding, recorded walkthroughs, usability, and long-term maintainability are considered part of the system itself — not an afterthought after delivery.

How It Works

A structured, low-friction process designed to make your workflow feel clearer, lighter, and easier to manage long-term.

  1. Status

    Book a Strategy Session

We’ll start with a paid 1:1 strategy session where we walk through your current workflow, identify bottlenecks, and clarify what’s creating friction inside your workspace or operations.

By the end of the session, you’ll have clearer direction on what needs to change and the best next steps moving forward.

  2. Status

    Get a Personalized Plan

Based on your workflow, goals, and operational needs, I’ll recommend the best solution for your situation — whether that’s workspace optimization, coaching, or a fully custom Notion system.

If we move forward with a project, you’ll receive a clear scope, pricing, timeline, and implementation roadmap before any work begins.

  3. Status

    Build & Refine

Your workspace is designed around the way you actually work — not around rigid templates or overcomplicated systems.

Throughout the process, we refine the setup together to ensure it feels intuitive, sustainable, and genuinely useful long-term.

  4. Status

    Delivery & Support

Once everything is complete, you’ll receive your finalized workspace, recorded walkthroughs, implementation guidance, and support to help everything feel smooth and easy to maintain moving forward.

The goal is to leave you with a system that feels lighter, clearer, and significantly easier to manage day-to-day.

Before You Ask

Something else? Write to me, or ask it on the call.

What if I’ve tried Notion before and it didn’t work for me?

That’s actually very common. Most people don’t struggle with Notion because they’re “bad at organization” — they struggle because the system itself becomes too complicated, disconnected, or unrealistic to maintain consistently. A large part of my process focuses on reducing friction, simplifying workflows, and designing systems around how people naturally operate in real life. The goal is to make the workspace feel supportive, intuitive, and sustainable long-term — not mentally exhausting to keep up with.

Do I need to already know how to use Notion?

Not at all. The systems are designed to feel approachable, intuitive, and easy to navigate — even for people who are completely new to Notion. Part of my process includes simplifying workflows, providing recorded walkthroughs, and helping the workspace feel comfortable to use confidently long-term.

Will I know how to use the system afterward?

Yes. Every project includes recorded walkthroughs and guidance designed to help you feel confident navigating and maintaining the workspace after delivery. The goal is to make the transition into the new system feel smooth and realistic to maintain independently.

Can you help automate my workflow?

Absolutely. Automation is a major part of how I design systems behind the scenes. This can include: connected databases, workflow automations, reducing repetitive manual work, streamlining operations, and improving how information flows across the workspace. The goal is to create smoother, more efficient workflows behind the scenes.

Can you simplify workflows across multiple tools or processes?

Yes. Many clients come in with information spread across multiple apps, disconnected workflows, scattered notes, or operational systems that no longer feel sustainable. Part of my work involves simplifying those workflows, improving visibility, reducing unnecessary complexity, and creating a more centralized operational structure inside Notion whenever possible.

Do you work with teams?

Yes. I can help structure team workflows, improve operational visibility, simplify collaboration, and support onboarding so the workspace feels easier for the entire team to adopt consistently. This is especially helpful for teams transitioning from scattered workflows or multiple disconnected tools.

How involved will I need to be during the process?

You won’t need to micromanage the process. The Strategy Session and collaborative feedback stages help clarify the operational direction early, allowing the build process itself to feel much smoother and more efficient afterward. You’ll still be involved in important decisions and refinement, but the goal is to reduce mental load — not create another project for you to constantly manage yourself.

How long does a project usually take?

Project timelines vary depending on the complexity, size, and operational needs of the workspace. Smaller optimization projects may take a few days, while larger custom systems for businesses or teams may take several weeks. A clearer timeline is always provided after the Strategy Session once the scope and operational requirements are fully understood.

Do you charge hourly or per project?

Most projects are priced based on scope, complexity, operational needs, and the level of customization involved — rather than hourly billing. This allows the focus to stay on building the right system for your workflow instead of tracking time spent on individual tasks. Smaller consulting sessions and coaching calls may use fixed session pricing.

Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?

Yes — depending on the project and your operational needs. Some clients only need a one-time system build, while others prefer ongoing optimization, refinement, training, or support as their workflows evolve over time. The goal is to create systems that continue supporting you long after the initial build is complete.
